For four years at PayPal, I've researched how people navigate high-stakes experiences, like onboarding, identity authentication and verification, where trust is everything.

I use qual and quant methods (interviews, diary studies, surveys) to help teams understand what customers need and decide what to build next. I love building relationships across teams and connecting dots to generate impact.

Outside work, you'll find me hiking the Cascade mountains in Washington State and playing lots of pickup basketball!
